Low Fat Rabri, Healthy Rabdi recipe - How to make Low Fat Rabri, Healthy Rabdi

1 ltr low fat milk
175 gms sweet potatoes , peeled and grated
150 gms sugar
a few saffron (kesar) strands
1 1/2 tbsp warm water
2 cardamoms (elaichi) , powdered
2 almonds (badam) , blanched and
2 blanched and sliced pistachios
  1. Boil the milk, add the sweet potatoes and continue cooking until they are tender. Add the sugar and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Put the safforn into a cup with the warm water and rub until it dissolves. Add to the milk mixture. Add the cardamom powder and chill thoroughly for at least 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle the almonds and pistachio slices on top. Serve cold.

Rabdi Meri favorite sweet hai. Lekin mootape ki Karan meetha aur high fat food khane se parhez rakhna hai. Aab muzze Meri rabdi khane se koi parhez nahi hai.
