Low Cholesterol Omelette is prepared without the use of eggs and are a healthier vegetarian option to the traditional egg omelette recipe. The omelette or pancake is made from gram flour based batter and enjoyed as snack or breakfast with ketchup and breads.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Mix in all other ingredients except the oil.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the mix.
