20 good quality yellow lemon
1 cup grated jaggery (gur)
1/4 cup chilli powder
2 tbsp salt

  1. Soak the lime in water for a day and keep in the fridge.
  2. Next day, throw the water and add fresh water and soak again and refrigerate for another day.
  3. The 3rd day also change the water and soak and refrigerate.
  4. On the 4th day, cut the lime and remove seeds.
  5. Put the lime, jaggery, chilli powder and salt in the mixie and grind to a coarse paste.
  6. Your pickle is ready.
  7. It will taste better if it is matured for 2 - 3 days.
