200 gms kellogs cornflakes
1 tbsp broken wheat (dalia)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp oil and few curry leaves (kadi patta)
salt to taste

  1. Roast cornflaxes in microwave for 3 miniutes.
  2. Crush them lightly with your hand .
  3. Heat oil in a broad vessel,add cummin seeds when they splutter add dalia,after 2 miniutes add seasame seeds,few curry leaves and roast till dalia are light brown in colour.
  4. Add the crushed cornflaxes mix well.
  5. Addsalt,haldipowder,
  6. Redchillipowder,sugar powder an mix well.
  7. Cool at room temperature and store it in an airtight container
