Weight watches who miss having the high colored ras malai can easily try this out this recipe and it tastes just like ras malai
- Boil the milk. when the milk is boiled add sugar & elaichi and boil it for 1 more minute. bring it to the room temperature and chill it out in the fridge.
- Cut the corners of the bread & toast it slightly.
- Place the toasted bread in a bowl & pour the milk on it and keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 to 3 hrs.
- While serving sprinkle the chopped pita and serve it chilled.
