4 slices of bread
1/2 ltr milk
2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
6 to 7 tsp sugar
chopped pistachios

  1. Boil the milk. when the milk is boiled add sugar & elaichi and boil it for 1 more minute. bring it to the room temperature and chill it out in the fridge.
  2. Cut the corners of the bread & toast it slightly.
  3. Place the toasted bread in a bowl & pour the milk on it and keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 to 3 hrs.
  4. While serving sprinkle the chopped pita and serve it chilled.
