Low Cal French Fries recipe - How to make Low Cal French Fries


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 potatoes
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
dried basil
  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
  2. Apply the oil and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle salt and herbs and toss well.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes at 400°c or till cooked and crisp.
  5. Serve immediately.
