If you are making raitas and you find the curds quite sour instead of water put little chilled milk, the sour taste disappears.

500 ml limca bottle
1/5 tsp coffee

  1. Take coffee powder in a glass.
  2. Slowly pour chilled limca from sides of the glass.
  3. Wait again for a few seconds and again pour limca till the froth reaches the rim of the glass.
  4. Sprinkle coffe powder on top
  5. Serve chilled.
