  1. Deep fry boiled potatoes
  2. Fry green peas and rajmash,moong dal in frying pan for 3/4 minutes in oil
  3. Now making plates keep all paltes on table
  4. Put all the ingredients evenly on all plates including ginger.
  5. Spread mashed curd over all plates
  6. Spread tamarind chutney on all plates
  7. Put salt as per taste,zeera powder,red chillie,chana masala plates are ready to be eat
