Lemony Mushrooms recipe - How to make Lemony Mushrooms

500 gms button mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tbsp oil
4 green chillies , finely chopped
2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tomato , finely chopped
salt to taste
2 tsp chopped onions
1 lemon
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan and oil, add the onions and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tomato, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, green chillies, coriander, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Cool and add the lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Add the mushrooms and mix well and cook for more 30 seconds.
  7. Serve hot.
