Lehsuni Papad ki Sabzi recipe - How to make Lehsuni Papad ki Sabzi

1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
5 roasted papad , broken into small pieces.

For The Garnish
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  1. Heat the oil in pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add the salt, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder, mix well and saute for a minute.
  4. Add the 1/4 cup water and bring it to boil.
  5. Add the papads and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
