Leftover Rice Pakodas recipe - How to make Leftover Rice Pakodas

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

2 cups cooked rice (chawal)
1 1/2 cups besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
a pich of asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
oil for deep frying
  1. Mix curd and cooked rice and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add all the above ingredients to this and mix it properly.
  3. Make small balls and deep fry till its light golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney or schezuan sauce.
