Ingredients

leftover curry(carrot or beans or cabbage)
1 tomato
2 onions
1 boiled potato
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
coriander (dhania)
Method

  1. Chop tomatoes and onions
  2. Boil aloo and mash it
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and put ajwain and let it fry for 1 min
  4. Then add onions and fry till transparent
  5. Then add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins
  6. Then add salt masala and leftover curry and cook for 2 mins
  7. Then add curd and mix.
  8. Let it stay on fire for 1min.
  9. Garnish with coriander and onion rings
  10. Serve hot with rotis.
