See to it the biscuits are right out of sealed packet and the chilli-garlic chutney is freshly pounded.
- Grind the garlic and green chillies(pound them dont grind it in the mixie) add sugar and salt. then add little oil and pound it again.
- Then lay the biscuit on a tray or a plate and add a drop of sauce on the biscuit.then add a very small quantity of chilli-garlic chutney on it. then add shev over it and some finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Your le monshev is ready.
