Lauki Crispy recipe - How to make Lauki Crispy

  1. Combine the plain and rice and sieve together.
  2. Add salt and pepper, add water and make pouring consistency batter. Keep aside.
  3. Peel and cut bottle gourd, remove seeds.
  4. Cut the bottle gourd in finger shape.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add the lauki fingers into batter then deep fry on medium heat till golden colour and crispy.
  6. After take on kitchen paper absorbed excess oil and then sprinkle chat masala.
  7. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
