Lathiya's Sweet Poha

This is so simple and healthy to make.
- Soak poha with little water for five minutes.
- In a pan take jaggery and water and boil till jaggery melts.
- When the jaggery syrup boils well and starts thickening add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
- Switch of the stove.
- Now add soaked poha in this jaggery mixture.
- Mix well and serve warm.
