Lathiya's Sweet Poha recipe - How to make Lathiya's Sweet Poha

  1. Soak poha with little water for five minutes.
  2. In a pan take jaggery and water and boil till jaggery melts.
  3. When the jaggery syrup boils well and starts thickening add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
  4. Switch of the stove.
  5. Now add soaked poha in this jaggery mixture.
  6. Mix well and serve warm.
