A spicy lasani chutney recipe with garlic or lasan blended with chillies and salt. A simple and flavorsome lasani chutney recipe which can be relished with starter or as an accompaniment to any meal.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute till it turns golden brown. Remove and keep aside to cool.
- In the same pan, add the coconut and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Cool and combine the garlic, dry roasted coconut, red chili powder and salt and blend in a mixer to a coarse powder.
- Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
