Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

  1. Pressure cook the broken wheat till soft.
  2. Add the besan and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into round flat balls.
  4. Place them in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
