Kutoo kadhi is a tasty savory dish prepared from kutto or rajgira atta. The healthy kutoo kadhi is cooked with boiled potatoes along with an array of dried spices and served garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy the kutoo kadhi with plain rice and salad.
- Combine the flour and 2 cups of water in a pan and mix well.
- Cook on a slow flame and when it starts boiling, add the potatoes, salt and pepper, mix well and cook till the kadhi becomes thick.
- Heat ghee in a small pan and add the cumin seeds and green chillies.
- When the seeds crackle, pour this tempering to the kadhi and mix well.
- Serve hot.
