A simple recipe, kutkava uses the leftover rotis and dal together in a delicious, innovative kutkava recipe. The roti is cut in small pieces and simmered in dal to be served after a couple of minutes , garnished with coriander leaves. Relish kutkava with desi ghee sprinkled on it.

2 rotis or Chapatis (cut into small pieces)
1 1/2 cups left over cooked Dal
1 tsp ghee
a few coriander (dhania) for decoration

  1. Take a pan n put the left over dal n let it cook or boil for 2 mins. when it starts boiling add the small pieces of roti/chapati. let it cook for 2 mins when its done add 1 spoon of ghee.serve it hot n decorate it wid coriander leaves
