A crunchy vegetable recipe. .
- Clean and cut the bhindi vertically.
- Combine the ladies finger, chilli powder, salt and besan and toss well.
- Keep aside for an hour.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the ladies finger till they turn crisp.
- Serve hot with parathas.
