Kulfi Falooda recipe - How to make Kulfi Falooda

  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and cook while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the condensed milk, while stirring continuously.
  4. Lower the flame and add the rose essence, cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds and mix well.
  5. Add the saffron and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
  6. Cool and pour into kulfi moulds.
  7. Place them in the freezer till set.
  8. Serve chilled with falooda.
