Koshambir is a traditional salad recipe with grated cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onion and cabbage as ingredients. A dash of lime juice, salt and pepper add to the zing of this healthy crunchy koshambi recipe.
- Combine all the vegetables in a bowl along with little salt and mix well. Keep aside.
- Add the curds and mix well.
- Add the green chilli and mustard powder, black salt and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
