Kiwi Sandesh recipe - How to make Kiwi Sandesh

For The Filling
100 gms crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
4 tbsp cream
2 tbsp milk

Other Ingredients
2 sliced kiwi

For The Garnish
a few saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in one tbsp milk
5 pistachio slivers
For the Filling

    For the Filling
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a smooth mixture, transfer in a bowl and keep aside.

How to Proceed

  1. Place the sliced kiwi on a serving plate.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over one slice of the kiwi.
  3. Place another slice over the filling. Press well.
  4. Garnish with slivers of pistachios and saffron.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Store in refrigerator and serve chilled.
