Lemon and khus are both summer buddies! These flavours tend to provide a sense of relief from the heat, rebooting our sapped cells to face the rest of the day. Here, we bring together lemon juice and khus syrup with two more of your summer favourites – ice-cream and soda, to make a refreshing Khus Lime Cup.
All together the four ingredients create a bubby magic, which tingles your palate and rejuvenates you. Note that the Khus Lime Float is assembled in a glass, letting the ingredients to slowly mingle by themselves, and not blended together.
- Take a tall glass, pour 3 tbsp of khus syrup and 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Top it with a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream
- Finally top it with ½ cup of soda.
- Repeat steps 1 to 3 to make 1 more glass.
- Serve immediately.
