- Boil the channa until soft in a pressure cooker by adding a pinch of baking soda.
- Boil, peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- Deep fry the papad in hot oil. allow to cool and crush roughly to form pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients (also the channa, poatoes and papad) and toss well in a mixing bowl. serve immediately.
