    Main Procedure
  1. Combine the oil, onion paste and ginger-garlic paste in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato purée, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cream, milk, sugar, salt, mushrooms and 1 tablespoon water, mix well and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
