Khirasaku recipe - How to make Khirasaku

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice (chawal)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts
ghee for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Soak the rice for 3 hours.
  2. Grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Boil the milk, add sugar and dry fruits.
  4. Now pour the rice batter into this and stir simultaneously.
  5. Stir so that it will become a sticky dough/
  6. Now coat a fry pan with little ghee and set the dough on it.
  7. Cover the fry pan and heat it low-medium flame for 15-20 min.
  8. Check in between.
  9. When the cake leave the ghee it turns to golden colour, switch off gas.
  10. Make it cool down, turn it upside down on a plate.
  11. Serve.
