Best and quick way to use the left-over khichdi. .
- Combine the wheat flour, khichdi, salt, jeera powder, green chillies, coriander and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using very little water.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 6" diameter parathas, using dry flour for rolling.
- Heat a tava, grease it with oil and cook each paratha till golden brown spots appear on both the ides.
- Serve hot.
