Method
    Method
  1. Combine the wheat flour, khichdi, salt, jeera powder, green chillies, coriander and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using very little water.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 6" diameter parathas, using dry flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava, grease it with oil and cook each paratha till golden brown spots appear on both the ides.
  4. Serve hot.
