1 cup of black gram [chilka dal] cooked khicdi.
2 cups of wheat flour.
1 tsp tumeric pd.
1 tbsp chilli pd.
salt to taste
oil for cooking the theplaas

  1. Mix the masalas to the khicdi. add flour to it. add salt to taste. [do not add water]. cover and keep for atleast 10 mins. roll out into theplaas.serve hot with pickles.
