  1. Peel and grate the cucumbers.
  2. Put in a muslin cloth and squeeze to extract extra moisture.
  3. Mix together yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin powder and salt.
  4. Add the grated cucumbers just before serving. serve chilled.
