Kheema egg is a recipe which is quite similar to scrambled eggs and are best relished with chopped coriander leavesa garnish. The egg keema is tasty, easy and quick to prepare and a great way of adding eggs in your diet.

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan (preferably a non-stick).
  2. Add onion paste and fry.
  3. Add sugar, then add tomato paste.
  4. Let oil separate from gravy, then add turmeric powder.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add chili powder and coriander powder, fry till nice aroma comes.
  7. Then add salt and garam masala.
  8. Now add eggs one by one, stirring constantly.
  9. Mix eggs well into the gravy.
  10. Keep stirring without sticking to the pan.
  11. When done, it will look like mutton kheema.
  12. Serve with roti, phulka or dosa.
