Khatti Meethi Moong Dal recipe - How to make Khatti Meethi Moong Dal

Makes 4 servings
- Clean, wash and soak the moong dal in enough water for 3-4 hours.
- Drain, add 6 cups of water, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and 1 tsp ghee, mmix well and cook on a medium flame till the dal is cooked.
- Drain the excess water, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bring the dal to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
