Left over cake - any flavour
3 onions
3 tomatoes
2 green chillies
coriander (dhania) leaves
2 tsp chaat masala
3 tsp chilli sauce
3 tsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
3 tsp oil

  1. Keep the oil in a kadai and when it is hot, add finely chopped green chillies.
  2. Add finely cut onions, and fry till golden.
  3. Add finely cut tomatoes and fry till they are cooked.
  4. Add chaat masala, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and fry for a minute.
  5. Add the crumbled left-over cake to this and salt to taste.
  6. Saute for just a minute and garnish with coriander.
  7. Eat hot with a steaming cup of tea.
