400 gms whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 big carrot, grated
1 cup ripe mango puree
salt to taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
little hot oil to put in the flour
oil for making parathas

  1. Mix flour with awajain salt chill pd
  2. Make a well and pour hot oil mix will
  3. Add grated carrotmix well
  4. Finalilly make a stiff but sof dough with mango puree.
  5. Allow it to rest for 10 min.
  6. Take lemon sized balls roll the into thick parathas and cook with both sides oil.
  7. Serve hot with mint chetny.
