- *grate the kairi and squeeze water drain
- *grate boiled potatoes
- *mix in onions,garlic and coriander
- *add req amount of salt
- *shape as balls
- *heat oil in a wok deep fry brown
- *drain on tissue paper
- *serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney
