potato-4 boiled(grated)
salt-as required
oil-to deep fry
coriander-2tbsp(finely chopped)
onions-1(finely chopped)

  1. *grate the kairi and squeeze water drain
  2. *grate boiled potatoes
  3. *mix in onions,garlic and coriander
  4. *add req amount of salt
  5. *shape as balls
  6. *heat oil in a wok deep fry brown
  7. *drain on tissue paper
  8. *serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney
