  1. In 3 cups of buttermilk mix all other ingredients & heat it. mix in one direction only.
  2. When it thickens reduce the flame & cover it with lid.
  3. When steam comes out, put off the gas. grease the dish with oil & spread thin layer of this mixture on it.
  4. After it cools roll them out & garnish with corriander & coconut.
