20g. Dates, soaked in water for two hours and deseeded,
For the stuffing-2tsp desiccated coconut, 1/4tsp cardamom powder,
few drops of rose essence,
4paan leaves,cut into thin stripes
To roll with -4tsp coconut powder
- Slit the dates to be stuffed. set aside. mix together all the stuffing ingredients well. fill each slited date with a portion of paan mix and roll the in coconut powder and serve after dinner as mukhwaas.
