This is a Bhutanese dish and tastes good with plain white rice but better with traditional red rice.

3 medium sized potatoes
2 to 3 cheese cubes
3 to 4 green chillies
2 tsp oil (refined)
salt to taste
2 glasses of water

  1. Peel potatoes, cut in to medium slices.
  2. Put potoes in cooking karai or bowl.
  3. Add two cups of water.
  4. Add oil, and salt to taste and green chillies.
  5. Put to boil until potoes are cooked.
  6. Then add the cheese (grated) and let it melt.
  7. Dish is ready to be eaten with rice.
