Royal salad for festivals and occasions. Aromatic and nourishing.
- Combine all the dressing ingredients and beat well. Keep aside.
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour the above dressing over it. And toss lightly.
- Garnish it with roasted whole almonds and coriander. Arrange baked puris all around the bowl edge and serve fresh.
