Methi paneer imparts a delectable combination of creamy paneer or cottage cheese cubes tossed with chopped fenugreek or methi leaves. A lovely side dish, methi paneer taste superb with naans or rotis.

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute for 5 minutes or till the onion become transparent.
  3. Add paneer cubes, kasuri methi, pepper and salt, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
