To Be Mixed Together For The Filling
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp mava (khoya)
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) leaves

To Be Mixed and Blended Into A Smooth Paste For The Gravy
2 tsp hot oil
4 tbsp cashewnut
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 slit green chilli
3 tbsp garlic (lehsun)
1 1/2 cups green chilli paste
2 cardamoms
4 cloves (laung / lavang)
1 stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
2 bayleaf (tejpatta)

Other Ingredients
500 gms potatoes , half boiled , scooped and fried
2 green chillies
1 whole dry kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
oil for deep frying
1/2 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
4 to 5 curry leaves (kadi patta)
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add this to the stuffing and mix well.
  3. Stuff the potatoes with a portion of the stuffing mixture and keep aside.
  4. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadhai and add the prepared paste and saute till the oil leaves the sides.
  5. Add the tomato puree and saute for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cream and butter and the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook till the potatoes are cooked.
  7. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
