A healthy way to use the left over rice.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leave and saute for few seconds.
- Add the karela and saute for few more seconds.
- Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and raw mango powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame till the karela becomes soft.
- Add cooked rice, mix well and cook for more 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
