  1. Heat the oil in kadhai and add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leave and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add the karela and saute for few more seconds.
  3. Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and raw mango powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame till the karela becomes soft.
  4. Add cooked rice, mix well and cook for more 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot.
