    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the karela and saute till they become crisp and the colour turns a little black.
  2. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine the onions, cucumber, chilli and salt along with curds and whisk well.
  4. Add the fried karela pieces just before serving.
  5. Serve immediately.
