These idlis can be prepared easily and quickly. These are bound to be soft and tasty.
- Combine the rice semolina, urad dal flour, curds, pepper, cumin seeds, asafoetida, black salt and curry leaves in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and keep aside to ferment in a warm dry place for 8 to 10 hours.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour a spoonful of batter into greased idli moulds and steam in an idli steamer for 10 to 15 minutes or till cooked.
- Serve hot.
