Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

300 ml condensed milk
4 tsp milk powder
2 tsp ghee
  1. Combine the condensed milk, ghee and milk powder in a microwave safe flat dish and mix well with a spoon.
  2. Cover with a clingfilm and microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
  3. Stop for 5 seconds and microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat the method till the mixture is cooked.
  5. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
