Kaju Pinwheel Sandwich recipe - How to make Kaju Pinwheel Sandwich

4 slices multi grain bread

To Be Mixed For The Filling Mixture
5 tbsp powdered cashewnuts
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped dates (khajur)
2 tbsp finely chopped green radish pods (mogri)
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 tbsp thick curds (dahi) , whisked
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes

For The Topping
4 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
a pinch rock salt
a pinch salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
  1. Steam the bread slices lightly in a steamer and roll them thin with rolling pin. Keep aside.
  2. Apply the curd mixture evenly on each bread slice.
  3. Sprinkle some paneer, coriander and masalas evenly on top of each bread slice.
  4. Gently roll each brad slice into a cylindrical roll and press firmly.
  5. Cut into slices and serve immediately with hot spicy green peas soup.
