Kadho recipe - How to make Kadho

500 ml milk
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
115 gms milk powder
1/4 tsp powdered nutmeg (jaiphal)
1 tsp powdered cardamoms
4 strands of saffron (kesar) strands
handful of almonds (badam) and pistachios , coarsely chopped
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Cool, refrigerate and serve chilled.
