  1. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a kadai and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown in colour.
  4. Add the curds and saute till the mixture leaves oil.
  5. Add the tomatoes and saute till the mixture leaves oil from sides.
  6. Add the capsicum and the dry masalas and mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup milk add let the capsicum become tender.
  8. Add paneer cubes and sprinkle a pinch of sugar.
  9. Serve hot.
