Can be eaten plain or with any pickle/chutney. this ada can be had for breakfast or at tea time. make very small sized adas and pack in tiffin boxes for children with ketchup as accompaniment.

Plain corn flakes-1/2 cup
Quick cooking oats-1/2 cup
poha-1/2 cup
potatoes - 2
green chillies -2
ginger - 1 inch piece
coriander leaf - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
onion-2 finely chopped
drumstick leaves- 2 tbsp, finely chopped
curd-2 tbsp
salt-as per taste
oil- 2 tbsp

  1. Grind together cornflakes,oats and poha in mixer to coarse powder. mix this with curd and keep aside for 5 minutes. to this add boiled mashed potatoes, green chilli-ginger paste, coriander leaves, drumstick leaves and required salt. mix well and add little water if needed. heat tava. make balls and pat into small rounds (adas) on tava. this shoul
