- Soak channa overnight
- Presure cook channa softly
- Fry coriander, redchillies and coconut till it becomes red in colour.
- Grind all this ingredients with tomatoes.
- Add oil in a pan. splitter mustard and add the boiled channas and after 2 minutes add the coconut paste. springle with coriander leaf
- This is a keralaite dish
